Over the last week or so, I have had two thoughts going through my mind, based on some coaching sessions I have had. I decided to land on this thought for today’s email: the hidden season.

We live in a world that celebrates the promise—the breakthrough, the platform, the fruit. But in the Kingdom, the process is just as sacred.
We often long for the promise without walking through the process. But God, in His wisdom, never shortcuts the journey. His silence isn’t punishment—it’s preparation. His delays aren’t denials—they’re development.
You may be in a hidden season right now. A place where your faithfulness is unseen, your obedience unnoticed, and your labor uncelebrated. But take heart—that’s exactly where God does His deepest work.
God prepares us privately before He promotes us publicly.
Here’s what’s also true:
Every successful person you admire survived a season you didn’t see.
The accolades, the confidence, the spotlight—they’re the visible parts of the journey. But behind every success story is a season of struggle that rarely gets shared.
They faced rejection.
Some questioned their calling.
Many worked late nights without recognition.
They wrestled with doubt and showed up anyway.
What you’re seeing now is the harvest—but make no mistake, they had to plant seeds in silence, water them with resilience, and protect them through storms.
So if you’re in your “unseen” season right now—keep going. The pain, the perseverance, the patience… it’s all part of your story too. 🌱 One day, someone will look at you and admire your success—and they’ll have no idea how much faith it took just to keep going.
If that’s where you are today, here are a few ways to lean in and stay steady:
💡 Five Ways to Steward Your Hidden Season:
1. Stay rooted in the Word
Let His voice be louder than the silence around you. Dig deeper, not wider.
2. Strengthen your character
Let God refine your motives, sharpen your integrity, and mature your heart. The hidden work is the real work.
3. Serve faithfully in small things
The unnoticed acts of obedience are never wasted. Stay available. Stay consistent.
4. Surround yourself with wise voices
You need people who won’t just agree with you—but will grow you.
5. Be still and listen
This season isn’t just for doing—it’s for hearing. Lean in. God is speaking.
Your public breakthrough will be the fruit of your private obedience. The process is not punishment—it’s preparation. And when the time is right, God will do what only He can do. Until then, remain faithful. He sees you.
